PH CABG surgery many years ago. Now has chest pain and cough. CT scan of the chest to assess for malignancy.
Age changed from 90 to 90 years old.

Ununited manubrial osteotomy (sternal split) with wire sutures that have "pulled through",  Sternal Sternal body has united.  Note Note how the lung (arrow) has herniated into the defect created by the non-union.
