Dichorionic pregnency 1st trimester USG
Two separate placentae were present. The fetus on the maternal right side is without cardiac activity. Nearly absent liquor around this fetus.
The fetus on maternal left side is alive with maturity of about 26 weeks. Normal liquor seen around this fetus.
Case Discussion
Findings of demise of a twin. Live twin was delivered by LSCS at 34 weeks of maturity.
