Diagnosis probable

Presentation

Pyrexial for 4-5 days. Laboratory findings compatible with dengue fever.

Patient Data

Age: 35 years
Gender: Female

Abdominal ultrasound

Free fluid is noted in the pericholecystic, hepatorenal, splenorenal, both iliac fossae, and pelvic regions.

There are bilateral pleural effusions.

There is diffuse edema of the gallbladder wall.
