Mucosal thickening obliterates the left ostiomeatal unit with total opacification of the maxillary sinus. Opacification of all ethmoid cells (50) %, and frontal sinuses (25%) with obliterated frontal recess.
Case Discussion
Focal enamel and dentin demineralization was noted in the left upper 3rd molar resulting in peri-apical lucency causing a defect in the maxillary antral floor possibly causing maxillary odontogenic sinusitis, approximal dental caries was noted. No alveolar ridge defect, no soft tissue abscess formation
