Case Discussion

Dental fusion is characterized by the continuity of the tissues. Dental formation is abnormal: a tooth is missing. In the territory, a voluminous tooth corresponds to two neighboring teeth partially or totally fused

Imaging shows:

  • partial fusion of some parts
  • total fusion, a total continuity of dental parts: crown, root, pulp.

Concerning 72: agenesis of a deciduous tooth is usually followed by the agenesis of the corresponding permanent tooth.
