Standard X-ray of the left shoulder shows:
- hypoplasia of the inferior glenoid
- notched appearance of the glenoid articular surface
- scapular neck hypoplasia
- widening of the inferior glenohumeral joint space

Case Discussion
Findings are consistent with a dentate glenoid.
