Left side painless maxillary swelling of long duration

Patient Data

Age: 35 years old
Gender: Female

A large expansile cystic lesion is seen arising from the left side of maxillary ridge and protruding to the left maxillary sinus. Unerupted tooth is seen related to the superior aspect of the cyst and extending to be fixed to the inferior orbital fissure with intra orbital extra conal extension.

Case Discussion

Dentigerous or follicular cysts are usually benign developmental cysts, related to unerupted teeth.
