An expansile, fairly well defined lytic lesion is seen in relation to the left upper mandibular ridge. It appears unilocular and erodes the inner cortex of the mandible. It displaces the adjacent molar tooth that is seen as if floating within the superior aspect of the lesion & extends to the ipsilateral maxillary antrum.
Case Discussion
Dentigerous cyst is also called follicular cyst. It is related to malerupted tooth.
Odontogenic keratocyst is developmental cyst similar to dentigerous cyst with no malerupted tooth.
