Age: 15
Gender: Male

Right frontal bone comminutive fracture destroying the respective frontal sinus and the orbital roof. There is also a right sphenoid fracture. Blood content is observed occupying the paranasal sinus on the right. 

A small anterior right frontal extradural hematoma as formed and associated with pneumocranium.

Case Discussion

This patient was involved in a motorcycle accident and suffered multiple fractures depressing his frontal bone on the right and destroying the orbital roof.
