Dermatofibrosarcoma

Presentation

A 47-year-old lady complaining of left breast palpable mass.

Modality: Mammography

Mammography CC and MLO views left breast demonstrates multiple dense nodules seen at the upper outer quadrant superficially affecting the skin. Right breast mammogram is unremarkable (not shown).

Modality: Ultrasound

US left breast demonstrates these nodules to be a anechoic with no remarkable vascularity on color Doppler. These lesions are predominantly subcutaneous with extension into the adjacent breast parynchema.
