61 years old male prsented with skinSkin mass in left lower abdomen.
Body was changed:

Case was sent for CT chest , abdomen and pelvis for evalaution and staging.

CECT shows well define enhancing dermal /subcutanous mass with small areas of necrosis within left anterolateral abdomenal wall without underlying invsion of abdominal wall muscles. There were no signs of metastasis within chest or abdomen.
