A solitary well-defined oval-shaped subcutaneous soft tissue density mass is seen in the back in a left paramedian location. It shows homogeneous enhancement with no areas of breakdown or calcification.
Case Discussion
Subcutaneous well-defined soft tissue mass in the trunk. Histopathology: microscopic picture showed uniform cells with no significant pleomorphism, minimal intercellular collagen and no foam cells. Final pathological diagnosis: Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.
