There is a definable, soft tissue density lesion in the subcutaneous tissues of the anterior abdominal wall (of which the inferior edge is about 5.5 cm above the pubic symphysis) on the left side that is non-separable from the left rectus abdominis muscle.
The rest of the visualized viscera appear unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Current CT findings are of a lesion involving the anterior abdominal, of which the patient underwent biopsy and was confirmed to be dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.
