A well-defined subcutaneous ovoid mass of the left aspect of the cervicothoracic region in contact with the trapezius muscle. It elicits an isosignal to muscles on T1, intermediate signal on T2 and containing areas of high signal on T1 and T2, attenuated on T1 fat sat (fatty components) with mild restricted diffusion. The postcontrast sequences show a vivid heterogeneous enhancement of the solid non-fatty component.
