A well-defined relatively homogeneous hypoechoic mass of the left cheek with internal vascularity on color Doppler.

On CT scan, this mass appears well-defined and located anterior to the masseter muscle with no fatty interface, iso-to-hypodense to muscles on plain CT (mean density = 35 HU) with moderate homogeneous contrast enhancement (mean density = 60 HU).
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have an ultrasound-guided biopsy with a histopathological exam and immunochemistry study that confirmed the diagnosis of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.
