Mammography CC and MLO views left breast demonstrate multiple dense nodules seen at the upper outer quadrant superficially affecting the skin. Right breast mammogram is unremarkable (not shown).

US left breast demonstrates these nodules to be anechoic with no remarkable vascularity on color Doppler. These lesions are predominantly subcutaneous with extension into the adjacent breast parenchyma.
