Large well defined cystic lesion in the pelvis predominantly occupying the right adnexa. The cyst is seen showing hypodense areas of negative attenuation (fat) and tooth-like calcification in the periphery of the cyst, suggesting a dermoid cyst.
Case Discussion
Presence of fat and characteristic tooth like calcification indicates the cyst as mature cystic teratoma which is a benign teratoma.
