A well-defined fat density small cyst up to 8 mm in left upper eyelid nasal side subdermal close to midline with impression on adjacent bone is seen.
Case Discussion
The case illustrates the non-contrast features of the pathology-proved dermoid cyst of the upper eyelid. The cyst can progressively enlarge and has a risk of malignant change.
