There is a large heterogeneously enhancing abdominal mass, mainly in the pelvis, measuring 15 cm CC x 9.6 cm T x 8.5 cm AP. It comes in contact with the uterus. The ovaries are difficult to distinguish from this mass. The bowel and appendix are not in contact. Its superior portion is less well defined and seems to infiltrate the mesentery.
