Focal enlargement of the left rectus abdominis muscle with smooth outline and no evidence of stranding of the adjacent fat or invasion of the adjacent structures. The lesion is isodense to the surrounding muscles with central hypodensity.
Case Discussion
Desmoid tumours are benign fibroelastic tumours with potential local invasion and recurrence after excision. Unfortunately, the pathology of this lesion wasn't available and other differential diagnoses include lymphoma, sarcoma and metastasis.
