Developmental dysplasia of hips - bilateral

The patient is a 36-year-old woman, who is a known case of DDH, now presented with abdominal pain.

Gender: Female

CT Abdomen and pelvis

Both femoral heads are deformed and posterosuperior dislocated. There are also under development of both acetabular fossa.
