Dislocated left hip with asymmetrically sized femoral epiphysis (left is smaller) and underdeveloped, shallow left acetabulum.
Case Discussion
The case shows Puttis’s triad
- increased acetabular triangle
- small epiphysis due to ossification
- superolateral displacement (superior to Hilgenreiner’s line and lateral to Perkin’s line)
