Dislocated left hip with asymmetrically sized femoral epiphysis (left is smaller) and underdeveloped, shallow left acetabulum.
The case shows Puttis’s triad
- Increased acetabular triangle.
- Small epiphysis due to ossification.
- Superolateral displacement (superior to Hilgenreiner’s line and lateral to Perkin’s line).
