From the case:
Developmental dysplasia of the hip

Right right acetabulum is severely dysplastic. The femoral head is severely subluxed with only 17% coverage. Alpha angle is decreased at 35 degrees.
The left acetabulum has mild immaturity with rounding of the acetabular margin. There is 59% femoral head coverage and an alpha angle of 63 degrees. The left hip is enlocated and stable on stress views.
Case Discussion
Developmental dysplasia of the hip is relatively common. This case demonstrates a markedly dysplastic right hip.
