Developmental dysplasia of the hip

Left hip is dislocated with a small femoral epiphysis. The left acetabulum is severely dysplastic with an increased acetabular angle and lateral acetabular notching. Right hip is enlocated and normal.

This is a typical appearance of severe developmental dysplasia of the hip with a hip dislocation.
