Developmental dysplasia of the hip

Unaffected right hip shows normal position of femoral head. Alpha angle is 60 - 62'.
Affected left hip shows abnormal position of femoral head. Alpha angle is 46 - 48'.
Case Discussion
Ultrasound findings suggest left hip developmental dysplasia in a 2 months old boy delivered by LSCS which was indicated for breech position.
