Developmental dysplasia of the hip

Age: Child

The left femoral head ossification center is smaller than the right. It is laterally decentred, but no subluxed. The acetabulum is shallow and the roof is steeper than normal. Features are of those of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH).
