Presentation

Abnormal gait.

Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Female

Bilateral severely shallow acetabula. Abnormal superolateral dislocation of both hips with pseudoarticulation to the iliac bones. Note is made of small proximal femoral ossific nuclei.

Case Discussion

CT findings are consistent with bilateral severe developmental dysplasia of the hip. This is a case of delayed presentation and diagnosis.
