The left femoral head ossification center is relatively smaller than the right and laterally subluxated. The acetabulum is shallow, and the roof is steeper than normal.
Case Discussion
Left-sided developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH) in a 6 months female patient.
For some reason, the left hip is said to be more frequently affected.
