The long history of a right-sided limp.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Shallow right acetabulum

Flattened of the right femoral head (coxa magna) and short femoral neck

Otherwise, unremarkable study.

Case Discussion

Pelvic x-ray appearance is compatible with acetabular dysplasia (developmental dysplasia of the hip) on the right side.
