The left hip is congruent, with a normal alpha angle of 67 degrees and satisfactory acetabular coverage.
The right hip is superiorly dislocated and the acetabulum is severely dysplastic.
Case Discussion
The right hip was reduced and a Pavlik harness was applied after the ultrasound examination.
