Gender: Male

CT Brain + CT Venogram

On non-contrast study is seen a hyperattenuating groove that seens to be a large vein draining into the sagittal sinus on right frontal lobe. After contrast administration this confirms to be a anomalous drainage vein.

MRI Venogram

The MRV study confirms the venous malformation which drain normal brain.
