Diagnosis almost certain

Presentation

History of fall two weeks ago, headache, and nausea. History of psychological trauma due to a grief event.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
mri

Multiple small T2 FLAIR focal hyperintensities with non-specific appearance are seen in the subcortical white matter of centrum semiovale bilaterally.  
A small developmental venous anomaly is seen in the left frontal white matter without clinical significance.  
No evidence of intracranial hemorrhage or micro bleed in T2* GRE images.  
Brain stem and cerebellum show normal morphology and MR signal.
