Multiple small T2 FLAIR focal hyperintensities with non-specific appearance are seen in the subcortical white matter of centrum semiovale bilaterally.
A small developmental venous anomaly is seen in the left frontal white matter without clinical significance.
No evidence of intracranial hemorrhage or micro bleed in T2* GRE images.
Brain stem and cerebellum show normal morphology and MR signal.
