Gross developmental venous anomaly of almost the entire right hemipshere as compared with the left. Note the paucity of right cortical veins on the MRV (except for a prominent anastomotic vein of Trolard) and the plethora of enhancing draining veins on the right entering enlarged subependymal veins.
Case Discussion
A developmental venous anomaly is a congenital malformation of veins which drain normal brain.
