Presentation

Routine pre-surgical x-ray. No chest symptoms and normal chest examination.

Patient Data

Age: 40
Gender: Male
x-ray

PA chest radiograph.

Lungs are pleural spaces are clear. Incidental dextrocardia. Left sided aorta and normal pulmonary vessels.

The cardiac silhouette is rotated on it's longitudinal axis and the apex points to the right.
