Congenital malformations. Diagnosed with partial trisomy 16q.

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male

x-ray

Dextrocardia and hypertrophy of the right ventricle.

Case Discussion

Echocardiography revealed dextrocardia, atrial septal defect with shunt, pulmonary hypertension and hypertrophy of the right ventricle.

The patient has also several other malformations and developed bacterial pneumonia with subsequent death.
