Incidental finding.

Age: Infant
Gender: Male

The heart is in the right side of the chest, but all of the other internal organs are in their normal positions.

Case Discussion

This is isolated dextrocardia, with the liver shadow and the gastric bubble noted to be in their normal anatomical location. In situs inversus, there is reversal of the normal position of the thoracic and abdominal organs.
