Chest pain for investigation.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female
Dextrocardia. Gastric bubble on the left, liver shadow on the right. Lungs and pleural spaces are clear. No cardiac silhouette enlargement.

Case Discussion

Dextrocardia is an uncommon congenital cardiac abnormality that can occur in isolation or with situs inversus.
