Lower back pain for multiple years.

Gender: Female

XR lumbosacral spine

x-ray

Dextroscoliosis of the lumbar spine. Trace anterolisthesis of L4 on L5.

Vertebral body heights appear preserved with no lytic or blastic lesions.

Disc spaces: Reduced between T12-L1, L1-L2, and L4-L5.

Case Discussion

This represents a case of dextroscoliosis.

An MRI of the lumboscral spine that was largely unremarkable and regular orthopedic follow-up was recommended.
