Presentation

Long standing diebetis. Recent amputation of 5th toe and distal part of 5th metatarsal bone. C/o discharge from 3rd toe.

Patient Data

Age: 50 yrs
Gender: Male
x-ray

Surgical amputation status of 5th toe.

Erosion of 3rd digit phalanges with soft tissue swelling - Osteomylitis.

Sclerosis of calcenum with altered contour - Due to previous trauma.

Arterial calcification in foot.
