Low speed car accident.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

Smooth central hump in the contour of the right hemidiaphragm with normal appearance of the remainder of the diaphragm. The pulmonary venous congestion and cardiomediastinal contour are normal for the supine positioning.
