Unremarkable chest radiograph.
Bilateral medial focal bulge of both copula of diaphragm with smooth outline and visualized lower lobe vasculature through. The remainder of diaphragmatic contours are normal.
Case Discussion
Plain frontal radiograph shows a 'double' diaphragmatic contour, in keeping of bilateral diaphragmatic eventration. It is important to differentiate this incidental normal finding from pulmonary or pleural diseases.
