Bilateral knee swelling and pain

Age: 12 years old
Gender: Male
CT

Multiple osteochondromas are seen arising from the distal femoral and proximal tibial metaphyses bilaterally. Their cortices and medullary cavities are continuous with the original bone and they are directed away from the adjacent joints.
