The MRI sequences demonstrate:
- mild lumbar scoliosis of right-sided convexity
- congenital vertebral block of L3-L4
- diastematomyelia type II from L1-L2 to L2-L3 (asymmetrical hemicords within a single dural sac with no spur/septum)
- the conus medullaris terminates at L3
- spina bifida oculta at several lumbar vertebrae
- distended subarachnoid spaces/ thecal sac
