Transvaginal ultrasound shows a triplet pregnancy with a single triplet on the right side, in a separate chorionic sac and the monochorionic pair on the left side of the uterus with visible, thin amniotic membrane between them.
Case Discussion
Gestational age is 9 weeks 2 days. Establishment of chorionicity and amnionicity is easiest in early pregnancy.
