Presentation

Menometrorrhagia.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female
mri

Enlarged uterus with diffuse thickening of the junctional zone ranging from 15 to 20 mm. It elicits an intermediate signal intensity on T1, and homogeneous low signal intensity on T2. Normal appearance of the uterine cervix. No adnexal lesion is seen.
