Diffuse adenomyosis and ovarian endometrioma

Enlarged uterus with diffuse thickening of the junctional zone up to 34 mm of intermediate signal on T1 and homogeneous low signal on T2, in keeping with diffuse adenomyosis.
There is a small right ovarian cystic lesion (13 x 10 mm) of high T1/T1 fat sat and low signal on T2 with no peripheral enhancement on postcontrast sequences, in keeping with an ovarian endometrioma.
The left ovary shows a small follicle.
