- Well-defined left ovariam mass measuring 47 x 45 x 38 mm of complex signal intensity, the fatty component show attenuation on fat suppressed sequences with no enhancement seen on post-contrast sequences in keeping with a dermoid cyst
- Diffusely enlarged uterus with thickening of the junctional zone (15 mm) of intermediate signal intensity on T1, and homogeneous low signal intensity on T2, in keeping with a diffuse adenomyosis
