Patient with Goodpasture syndrome, presenting with with cough, dyspnoea, haemoptysis and hypoxia.

Gender: Male

Acute diffuse alveolar haemorrhage with a diffuse infiltrative opacification pattern in a patient with Goodpasture syndrome.

Right internal jugular venous catheter, appropriate position without complication.
