Patient Data

Age: 35 , 42 and 44 years
Gender: Male

These three studies of three middle-aged brothers with the same clinical presentation, revealed almost identical findings of global volume loss of both cerebellar hemispheres with involvement of cerebellar vermis , peduncles and tonsils in the form of prominent cerebellar folia and extra-axial CSF spaces in addition to widening of the 4th ventricle.

Case Discussion

Presumably a genetic cause for this abnormality is present.
