Presented with headache and giddiness for one month. No history of trauma. Plain CT brain was normal.

Case Discussion

The differential diagnosis for smooth diffuse pachymeningeal thickening is relatively broad but when combined with dural venous sinus engorgements suggests the diagnosis of spontaneous intracranial hypotension.
