Smooth thickening and enhancement of the pachymeninges. No focal lesions are seen. The posterior superior sagittal sinus appears convex.
Case Discussion
The differential diagnosis for smooth diffuse pachymeningeal thickening is relatively broad but when combined with dural venous sinus engorgements suggests the diagnosis of spontaneous intracranial hypotension.
